DESIGN THINKING: Creativity as a Methodology


When managing teams and their talent, it is increasingly necessary to establish methodological strategies that stimulate, motivate, and, above all, position employees in alignment with the values and essence of teamwork and the development of their capabilities/skills as a differentiating element.

It is characterized by a process developed in different stages, highlighting: empathy as the central axis for understanding needs/frustrations and identifying areas of opportunity; the generation of innovative and creative ideas without initial filters that promote diversity through flexible thinking and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to the situation; and a systematized and standardized framework through prototyping, testing, and quantitative and qualitative validation of solutions.



It enhances creativity and active team engagement by putting people at the center of the process. It is also a powerful tool that offers the opportunity to create genuinely meaningful and transformative solutions, encouraging teams to think outside the box, question assumptions, and explore multiple possibilities.


Its greatest attraction: its ability to generate effective, innovative and significant solutions in diverse contexts, which positively impact people's motivation and involvement,
