Mentorclass Top Professional Identity is a group mentoring masterclass designed to identify our professional profile as a whole, comprised of our academic training and complementary studies (hard skills) and our social skills and personality traits. These skills are intended to help improve the relationships we have with ourselves and with the people around us, from the individual to the community. In this talk, we will explore how professional identity is the foundation for leading authentically and effectively. We will see how self-knowledge and clarity in our values prepare us for self-leadership, the first step before leading others. You will also discover how our professional identity defines our style and approach when working with teams, creating a connection that fosters collaborative leadership. INVESTING TIME AND RESOURCES IN PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY MEANS INCREASING YOUR PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND THE VALUE OF YOUR SALARY AND INCOME. The Expert Mentor: I am Cristina Recuero, a leadership expert with more than 24 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, people management, and strategic communications. My mission is to help leaders and professionals expand their capacity for influence in all areas of leadership: self-leadership, team leadership, cross-functional collaborative leadership, and upward leadership. My methodological approach and proven tools for leadership development: • Ontological and Systemic Coaching: We delve into the beliefs and behavioral patterns that affect decision-making and the way we relate to others. • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP): We restructure mental patterns to help leaders become more flexible and resilient in changing environments. • LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®: An innovative tool that facilitates deep reflection and the creation of leadership strategies by viewing challenges from new perspectives. • PDA Behavioral Analysis: Evaluating the behavioral profile of leaders to improve self-management and effectiveness in their interactions with their teams. Clients and participants in my programs highlight my ability to combine a human approach with strategic execution. The tools I use generate lasting changes, not only in leadership skills, but also in the way professionals perceive their role within organizations.
